The buildings are old... the tiles in our bathroom are coming up and the manager does not care! Speaking of the manager, what a terrific piece of work she is. I was using the pool and she grilled me to make sure I actually lived there. Talk about feeling welcome at a place you pay to use. Renea, the leasing manager will be VERY nice to you when you want to live there, but don't expect her to even flash a smile once you've signed the lease.
Basically, office staff is horrible, buildings are horrible, playground is unsafe for kids, unfriendly neighbors who play music at all hours, and a piece of crap.
