I totally enjoyed living at Brittany Place. Yes, the buildings are old, but any time that I needed any maintanance dome all I had to do was call the office. Before I knew it, my problem was fixed. The rent was fair for what you got at least up until my last two years there. They have raised the rent to high and as a result they have many unrented apartments. They should realize that you can only ask people to pay so much for a place to live that is as old as Brittany Place.

Duh, the only empty apartments are the ones being remodeled and the rent should be raised if they are making all these improvments to the community.
