Beware of these apartments. I agree with some of the other upset tenants. This was one of the worst place I have ever lived. It is crappy and the service is very poor. The manager is the worst, unfriendly, unprofessional hag I have met. The place has old tiles old fixtures and what they call upgrading is just patch work here and there. Folks, I don't understand such a negative review of my home. I love living at Brittany Place. The improvements are the greatest, such as the new fitness center. We have beautiful landscaping and the common areas remain clean in spite of some other tenants "don't care attitudes". The management has been very polite and always cooperative. In fact, I find them responsive to my needs, always. And yet, the rent is still affordable. It's hard to imagine how they do all that they do. I do know that there are some residents here that obviously were never taught any respect and do not believe in doing their share to help keep their home in a safe or sanitary condition. To Stay away/anonymous,I find it hard to believe when Brittany Place was not renting from 2006 and started re-renting June of 2007 due to a l-o-n-g renovation. I have to laugh because IF you resided at Brittany Place, then you would have known to what extent in which everything was being replaced! Your life must be very empty as to resort to surfing the web and trying to trash something that you obviously know NOTHING about.

see once again. Look if the staff is going to post pretending like they are a tenent then make it sound like you are a tenant instead of pretty much trying to sell the place. "oh its a good place and we have buetiful landscape and blah blah blah. Whatever we all know its you. Like I said earlier this just shows how uneducated you really are and how ignorant you are and no one will want to rent from you. I certainly am not. Im glad I come on this site before deciding to rent from anyone because the tenants usually tell the truth. Except the ones that had a bad rep to begin with but you can usually tell them apart and you can definetly tell who is management. Trust me I know how to tell. *wink* *wink* and I feel bad for you that you dont have better business ethics than what you have stooped too.
