I have been living here for a few months now. The staff seemed to be really nice @ 1st. But when u start calling to complain about the apt's falling apart the attitudes change. When i 1st saw this place I thought the apt was beautifull. I noticed the bugs but i was told that they would go away. They stated they just cut down some trees and the bugs were only a temporary problem. Boy, that was a lie. The bugs are out of control. You see bugs everyday, and i mean BIG, GIANT WATERBUGS. When you report it to the staff they put you on the fake exterminator list. I say its fake because the bugs just eat that stuff. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. The maintenance men are cool. One is really lazy though! He should be doing something else. Overall the location is great, I wish all these bugs weren't here.

Sure your aren't disgruntled over soemthing else? Any apt. community will have some bugs. I have never seen any bugs at BP. I am sure there must be some, but come on. If your not a party to the solution you must be part of the problem. How clean is your kitchen?
