I lived at brookstone for a year and so thankful to move, the year that I was there they change property managers 3 times, the 2 they had last were so rude a freakin ghetto, They liked to do random checks of your apartment without your knowledge, the neighbor that i had was so rude he liked to blast his music all times of the night and when i complained all they said was we will look into it, well they never did, door to door sales are bad over there seemed like every weekend somebody was knocking at my door trying to sale something, and the maintence yea they fix it when they want to,i had a leaking kitchen sink and i asked for the repaid and he took a week to come fix it and when i asked a the day he was coming by he said dont worry about it we dont need a key or you to be there,well when he came i was unaware and had just gotten out of the shower and instead of him at least knocking first he used the key and walk his happy behind in my apartment and i had to check him at the door. The trash compactor stays full stacked up around the compactor 95% of the time so if you like having roaches and mice move in cause that is was is going to happen soon if the compactor continues to stay full and nasty like that, and oh as far as parking look forward to never being able to park in front of your building cause people are so inconsiderate allow there guest to park up front and they park all of the cars up front and if you think they have video surveliance thats a lie several people have there cars broken into or like me stolen and no video of it, and the rent on this place is to freakin much, so if you dont mind the above things then hey this place is for you.Oh and no pets allowed. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

You a lie. I live here with a pet cuz they made me pay 300 for my pet. And we don't even have trash compactors we got dumpsters. I know they could get to fixin stuff faster but they do a good job. I been here for about three years I like it. Everybody real cool.

Uhm...yes, it's a trash compactor, not a dumpster. Idiot. Next time you want to write all over every negative review for these apartments, try speaking proper english...people will take you more seriously if you make yourself sound like you made it past third grade.
