I've lived in the Cambridge Arms for about five months now, and I can't wait until my lease expires. The walls are paper thin, There are constantly problems with neighbors getting into fights. I've heard rumors of women being raped in the laundry rooms. By the way, the laundry rooms haven't had washers in three weeks now. The drying machines are tempermental at best, usually melting your clothes or not providing any heat whatsoever.
People loiter in the parking lots on a daily basis, and my neighbor just recently had her car broken into. Cockroaches are a serious problem, but the staff affectionately refers to them as "harmless water bugs". The vent above the stove doesn't actually vent anywhere, so the fire alarm is a constant nuisance. I wouldn't live here if I was paid to.
