I lived there for two years and there were roaches everywhere. At first, they weren't that bad, but I asked the maintainance guy to spray my cabinets really well to prevent it from getting worse. After he did, the roaches tripled or quadrupled. I asked them to spray over and over, which they did, but it didn't get rid of them. I finally had to move because I was so disgusted. Also, the appliances and the heating systems are really old. The whole place is old. If you can deal with that, the apartments do offer a lot of room. I have seen alot of crazy ---- happen around here, but I've never been scared. Loud music is my greatest annoyance outside.
