Im only 19 years old and I stayed in a one bedroom in #79...my neighbors were nice....the downstairs neighbor was a drunk...he was always sittin on the stairs drinking, and tryin to talk to every female that walked upstairs....they had alot of roaches, my toliet got backed up, and started overflowing....the pipes for the toliet broke, and caused water to leak into the down stairs apartments..causes a big hole....my top locked didn't work...when I was first giving my keys they gave me to keys to the bottom and no to the top. When I moved out, they said everything was fine except for the carpets, and they said they were goin to keep the $99 deposit which was fine....then i received a letter sayin i was sent to collections and i owe them $900 ....I went to the office and complained, showed them the letter they set me sayin i owed no money, and they showed me their copy...totally different, she said i made that copy...and then she was like she wrote the $900 in...and she didn't know that i had recieved my copy already, and there was nothing she could do
