THIS PLACE GETS WORSE BY THE DAY !!!!!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2004
I LIVED HERE IN THE EARLY 80s AND THEN AGAIN IN THE LATE 90s , THIS PLACE WAS A GORGEOUS AND SAFE PLACE FOR KIDS AND ADULTS ALIKE !!! BUT ONCE THE ''NEW" OWNER TOOK OVER HE WAS JUST INTERESTED IN ''FILLING THE SEATS "" TO GET THE MONEY HE PAID FOR THE PLACE BACK QUICKLY AND LETTING ANYONE IN!!! THE SUMMERS AT THE POOL WERE GREAT. A PLACE WHERE YOU COULD INVITE YOUR FAMILY AND BE PROUD OF ,NOW ITS A REAL ZHITHOLE, THERES GUNFIRE < KILLINGS < ROBBERIES < YOU NAME IT !!!! I AM CLOSE FRIENDS WITH SEVERAL OF THE MAINTANANCE PEOPLE AND THE STUFF THEY SAY GOES ON BEHIND THE SCENES IS SHOCKING , STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!
