This place sucks - bigtime

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
This place had good management that was trying to make improvements, but they are gone now. Lots of problems with gangs living here. There are shootings, murders, and breakins. This is not a safe place to live. The military should BLACKLIST this place. Find someplace else to live and stay away from here.
