When I moved into my apartment I had a list of repairs that needed to be doen to the apt. They told me the repairs would be made before I moved in a week later. I moved in and the repairs were still not done. I am very busy and I work until pretty much every day so I wasnt able to get up to the office as often as I wanted, but every month when I paid my rent I reminded them of the repairs that they still never repaired. I don't own a pet but one of my friends asked me to watch their dog for a couple of hours. I left him in my bedroom while I went back to work after lunch and when I came back home I took him back to my friends house. They charged me the $200 pet fee because they believed I had a dog. When I told them the dog stayed there for only a couple of hours they threatened to take me to court because in the lease it says "if a pet is found..." The police are always lurking around (which it is necessary most of the time) but they stereotypically choose groups of people to harrass. My husband was followed all the way from our apartment to the gruber gate to get on ft. bragg. Why'''' Who knows, maybe they thought he isnt in the military though he wears a uniform and works 5 days a week... he must be dealing drugs somewhere... I have to get out asap.
