I am currently residing in Cambridge Arms, bound by our lease until Feb 2003. The rent is pretty cheap, but you could probably get a house for less. To put it bluntly, living here is like living in the ghetto... There are constant break-ins (on occasion w/o forced entry, company employee suspected). I think there have been about a dozen occasions where there were gunshots fired. Oh and this is the topper, the road blocks on the streets to get in and out. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially those with children. The rent keeps going up from $440 for the large 2 bdrm to $545. The have done nothing to improve the quality of living for the tenants and do nothing to keep this place a decent place to live. Both laundry rooms are useless, none of the machines work. The military should really consider putting this property on the blacklist!!!
