Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002

This complex is newer (built in 2000), and it kept up great. The staff is very friendly, and maintenance requests are filled quickly (ususally same or next day).
The apartments are attractive with nice layout. Over time, it seemed we could hear the neighbors upstairs A LOT more than we did when we first moved in (not sure if this was the insulation settling or just noisy neighbors).
The pool is nice, and kept clean. The grounds are kept up nice.
