The policies haven't changed since the new management took over, but they do not keep to their policies. Stated in the lease, is 3 noise complaints gets someone booted. This isn't so for the new management. The neighbors upstairs are not only loud on a daily basis, all day, but also rattle my dishes on a daily basis. The management wants us to pay a transfer fee to move to another apartment, when it's the people upstairs who should be moving or getting kicked out. The people upstairs have also had an electrical cord hanging from the 3rd floor for at least 2 months. The management told me that this was a civil crime, not to mention a fire hazard to my apartment and the rest of the building. If I were you, I would check out other apartment complexes not owned by this company.
