My husband and I chose this apt while over seas. We found it on the net, We live in a one bedroom and it is very small. My kitchen is also a bummer, the cabnents on the sides of the stove usually for plates are so little you can only put a plate in side ways. My husband still calls it the room, because it is much like a motel. This place even looks like one, not on the net though..GO SEE IT FIRST, Other wise mantnance is very good, prompt and helpful.
Staff is decent.
BEWARE: Cars are often broken into or damaged, my car was hit while parked and my husbands hitch stolen. Many people get evicted here but I think they want to so they can leave, its not worth the money, I have spent the last 3 days checking out every apartment in fayetteville there are much better choices you just have to look.
