I have lived here at Carlson Bay Apartments for a little over six months now and I have no complaints. The neighbors are wonderful and very friendly. Maintenance is always on top of things getting my work orders done very promptly. The ladies in the office are so friendly and eager to help whenever I need something. There are also police officers that live here and park their cars in front of the buildings which personally, makes me feel safer than any other place I have lived before. I have reccomended these apartments to many of my friends and family! I wouldn't live anywhere else!
