My husband and I have lived here for a year and I must admit the only thing that got us in the apartment was their military incentive. However, we are litereally counting the days until we can move out. Mold has been a serious problem with our apartment, the "master bath" which is the size of the master bedroom's closet has a leak in the wall, but instead of fixing it they spackled over it and painted it. About every two weeks we receive a notice in our door of a "policy change" for the complex; you can hear everything in everyone else's apartment even when you're floors below or a good 10 feet away, no one picks up after their pets, parking is a nightmare, and the apartment itself is not worth the money. Everything is substandard, and if you do move in, take the time to clean for yourself. Whatever cleaning crew does it before hand left our drains clogged, an inch of dirt underneath the stove and fridge, and the toilets dirty.
