Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2008
 
been living there since 2002 when it was under Bell Management and it was great. Ever since Breeden Company or whatever it's called took over, Carlson Bay has gone to ----. They increased the rent by $200 per month on all floor plans and they expect people to move into this'''
