This place is good if your first starting out and don't have much. It is located next to a trailer park and a couple of my neighbors got robed. They have a small pool that they never drain, clean or cover. The thing I hated the most was that the smoke detector was so close to the oven that it went off everytime I cooked, even though there was no smoke. The good part about living there is that it is located where everything is. It was a good place for me and my husband to get our start. I would recommend this apartment for newlyweds or single bachelors. Also, I recommend to get a room on the 2nd floor.
