I use to live here right when me and my husband got married back in 2006. It was very cheap and even included cable at the time. We had a 1/1. They are older buildings, but not in terrible shape. A few of my neighbors got broken into, but I think that's because of the trailer park next door and it being almost in the dead middle of town, which is good at the same time being close to everything. The laundry room was okay, but the washer and dryers were old. The pool was a good size, but wasn't always too clean. I think I would've kept living here if it wasn't for the wood panneling in the rooms (which made it look dreary) and if maybe there was a little more security. Other than that, not bad for your money!
