My husband is in the military so moving is something we are used to. We have a large dog and for those of you who have dogs over 20 pounds you can relate to what I mean when I say it is hard to find a place who will accept larger breeds. And a lot of places that do are not places we would usually want to live. I am VERY picky about where we live in regards to the property being maintained and as importantly the area being nice. This place is in a great location. It is in the nicer area of Fayetteville and only takes 10-15 minutes to get on post. There is one designated parking place. They aren't covered but it's still nice having at least one place that is yours. In the year we lived there we never had a problem with anyone else parking in it but when you sign your least you are given a phone # to a towing company so if you run into that problem you can get it taken care of. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath and the only complaints I had was the living room is on the small side, there was no lighting on the ceilings in the bedrooms and there wasn't any storage area unless you wanted to store stuff on your small patio that isn't screened in. The carpet was brand new when we moved in and everything was very clean. The staff is very friendly the front office is opened 7 days a week. Our rent was a little on the high side for the area but well worth it. The only reason we left was because we finally got on post housing and we really wanted to have a yard for our dog. She is an inside dog but enjoys running around in a yard from time to time. Which reminds me, because dogs are allowed on the property, watch out where you walk. While the grounds are kept up nicely, the only problem we ran into was owners not picking up after their pet. I would highly recommend this apartment!
