When I heard my family was going to be stationed at Ft. Bragg I couldn?t have been more dissapointed. I have to say I was very wrong. We have found a great place to call home at Chason Ridge.



When we arrived soon after getting married living in a hotel we looked everywhere. We found a few nice places and a lot of not so nice places. When we got to CR the guys & gals took great care of us. We got a great 1st floor 2br. I love being close to Target and Food Loin. The best part is we are close enough to the base my husband can come home after PT and for lunch. Saves a lot of $ in fast food.



We have had mostly good neighbors in the time at CR. There is a very friendy atmosphere there. We get together for parties at the club house where you get to meet everyone and eat lots of good food!



I have read the other reviews here and although I can?t say I have never had anything to complain about (I don?t think that place exists!) When I did the staff listened to me, understood, saw things from my point of veiw, and did everything in they could to solve it and make me happy! There are always people who you can never do enough for (anyone who has worked in customer service or retail will agree with me.) Don?t let one or two people steer you away.



P.S. As I scrolled down to rate the parking and such I remember something else. The Maintenance guys. I have lived in a lot of apts over the years and never ran into a beter maint. staff! Everything I have needed done was done that day or at least the next morning. I?m sure they got tired of me calling (expecialy when my husband was deployed). If they did they never showed it. They even taught me how to use the fireplace. Where else would you get that'
