I lived in this complex for 3 1/2 years and it is a very nice place to live. Rent is very reasonable and only slight increase each year.

Maintenance staff was great and quickly took care of the 2 minor problems I had in 3 1/2 years.

The place has a small fitness room, a nice size pool and a whirlpool. Also have places where you can wash your car. Also play ground for kids and a running trail around the complex that is abot 1/2 mile long. 2 Tennis courts as well. Assigned parking with a few spots for guests.

Can't beat location. 2 minutes from Food Lion, Target, Home Depot, Best Buy. 5 minutes to mall.

If you are at Bragg, you will be at work in 10 minutes. Take Skibo to All American.

I never had any noise problems or issues with neighbors. The staff was always very pleasant and let me use copier and fax machine a few times. They come in and change HVAC filters every month and exterminate often.

I had a 1 bedroom, water was $7 a month, electric was $40 in summer, $25 in winter. Gas was $12 in summer, $25 in winter. Keep in mind I did not have washer or drier, but there were w/d hook ups in my apartment.

Apartments have relatively new appliances, ceiling fan in living room, walk in closet in bedroom, sliding glass door in living room. Small storage space outside in water heater closet.

All in all, this a nice place to live, it is convenient to Bragg and shopping, and the price is reasonable for the amenities.

I highly recommend it.
