When we first moved into Chason Ridge we were very happy. Had a couple very minor problems with noisy neighbors, but we worked it out. We love the secluded location, near Target and Best Buy. After being gone from Fayetteville for a while we moved back in...at a higher rate for the same amount of space. Now we have noisy neighbors. We've talked to them but no luck. Office is not very responsive to complaints. One of our neighbors had a puppy living on her porch for several months, which is totally in violation of apartment policy. She neglected the dog, leaving little puppy poos on her porch for days and the puppy barked all the time. Eventually, after we contacted the office numerous times we resorted to animal control, who cited her for abuse. Finally she got rid of the puppy and moved out, but the whole incident is indicative of the steady decline of Chason Ridge.
Chason Ridge charges more money then comparable apartment complexes in the area. At first we were willing to pay a bit extra for a nice quiet community, but now we pay extra for a noisy community with a burglery problem. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

I'm glad I found this website, because I was actually considering moving to Chason Ridge. What a shame, to charge so much money for a lot of nonsense.
