We moved here in June, it seemed great at first until it started to heat up. Our air conditioner ran 24/7 and it was never below 80 degrees in our apartment some days it even reached 90. I had maintenance come in several times and each time they said it was working fine. The truth is it was but they have cheap air conditioners that aren't powerful enough to cool an apartment this size. So of course our electric bill was through the roof all summer. Also, there have been several thefts in the apartment, one man came out one morning to find several guys stealing the tires off his car!! I know several people that live in the area and are getting a better deal on their places, steer clear of this place
