There are a select few things that I care about when I rent. One is my apartment. I want to know that I am living in a clean and fresh place. Two, is safety I need to make sure I feel safe when my fianc e is deployed and I have to stay here by myself. Third, is management/maintenance. I want to make sure my place is taken care of when problems arise, in a timely fashion and on a consistent basis; and if I have any questions or concerns I want them dealt with ASAP. I can honestly say that at Chason Ridge all of my requirements, plus more, have been met! I have read in previous reviews that the place sucks, neighbor s suck, and management and maintenance is lousy. I have some advice for those people...buy a house with acres of land, don't live in a military town, or simply grow up and stop complaining. I think the management is very professional and dealt with our apartment issues in an excellent manner. I don t look for friendship from these people or any special favors. But I can truly say that I found some good friends here and unlike my love for this town, a great home. Neighbors always suck; these are not multi-million dollar apts. where the noise doesn't travel, it's nobody's fault but your own for renting. I have had nothing but great experiences with office staff. The girls there are amazing. I had some serious issues while my fianc e was deployed and without their help I could have never accomplished any of them. I am now moved out and think back on my Chason Ridge experience as a really, honestly kick-ass one! This town is no Chicago, but my apartment felt like home GO CUBS!!!

Who did you hang out with to get things done?? My husband is also in the military and I have made some really great friends when I lived in teh building but the staff is horrible!! Security is considered the 99 cent alarms that they installed in only half the apartments. I lived on the first floor and my screen was cut!! these apartments are not safe! the cheap alarms that they installed did not prevent anyone trying to break in. We were very luck, only the screen was cut, but the staff was not concerned they came a week later to replace it.
