I have toured this apartment complex 3 times in the last 2 years to see if there was any change. But, there was no change. The office staff is okay, each time I went in there, I felt as if I was bombarding on their happy hour. The pool is average sized and so is the weight room. The apartments themselves are horrible. They wanted over $700 for a one bedroom! You are paying for their "amenities, that's it. Inside the apartment they were dreary and felt a lot older. They also seemed kinda cramped. For what I would pay there, I could definitely (and did) find A LOT better. Where I live now I have a neighbor who lived there, and was dying to leave. My advice, don't just take an apartment because it's available, do your research!

Just putting this out there, but I believe this person has no clue about what he/she is talking about. First of all, they don't even live here on our community. I'v lived here since 2004 and love it. Never have I had a problem with the staff, and if something is wrong in my apartment it is quickly taken care of. This person for lack of better words is talking out of their ass.

Wow, that's pretty mean. I have a right to my own opinion. I have a lot of friends who live/lived in these apartments and that's what they've said as well. Plus, it looks like I'm not the only one if this community is only rated a 45%?

I lived there 4 years with my young children and I loved it. The apartment was modern, clean and with a lot of light. Never had a problem with crime or bad neighbors. Loved the fact that I could walk to Target or take a stroll in the walking trail The pool was clean and they were always welcoming at the office, cold lemonade or warm cookies were delicious.
Bottom line...loved it...
