I was reading the reviews and i could not believe it. I lived in Chason Ridge for over a year and i never heared of any such issues. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The girls are always willing to go an extra mile, and my buddy just moved out and had absolutely no problems. They even found someone to re-rent his apartment because he had to break the lease. I cant believe that someone can have a bad experience here, unless they create it for themselves

yeah, well it wasn't created for ourselves. It was a horrible place and quite a few people we talked to couldn't wait to get out of there and were trying to break their lease. The mold problem was bad for a few of our friends and everyone was getting charged a different rent. I'm glad you and your friend had a good experience, at least someone did. But if I could try and keep someone from getting into a similar situation with Chason Ridge, then my job has been done. JAG has been on our side fighting for us for almost four months now... Tell me that experience is a good one?

quit bitching, is this all you do is troll the rental rating sites and voice your problems because you couldnt take care of your own crap? I dont even rent there, but looking for a place I read these reviews and all I see is you being a nuisance. Im not surprised that you had a bad experience, because people like you tend to feel that nothing is their own fault, even though it always is. Try educating yourself on rental policies and practices. They were well within their rights to do what they did, in fact they should have done more. Oh and dont claim JAG is on your side. JAG has nothing to do with these affairs. work with JAG, so dont drag our name through this as well.

haha, that's hilarious!!! you don't even rent there so why are your comments even on here???? please!!! there was a freakin shootout at Chason Ridge, just f*ing glad we were not there. and i'm sure everyone who currently lives there after that now feels the same way. don't really care what you have to say, i am discusted with chason ridge and i'm just sooooo happy to be out of there!

I agree with you. This is one of the worst places I have ever rented from! I can't wait to get out of here. And for that person who commented but doesn't rent here-> shut the f* up as you don't know ---- as you don't even rent here.

This place is def not what I expected. The other night some drunk person pulled the fire alarm and woke everyone up at 4 in the morning thinking there was a fire. I'm already looking for another place to live because Chason Ridge is not safe.
