Mold - FTW

After moving from Crescent Commons on Cliffdale, I was SO excited to be in a 3 bedroom for a reasonable price. I was sick of Crescent Commons and I figured anything would be better. BUT..
A week after moving in I noticed that under our air conditioning unit the wall was SOAKING wet. I called maintenance and they said that the people above us ran the air conditioning at 50 degrees ALL THE TIME causing the pan to overflow with condensation and drip down to our unit. They came and looked at it and said that the part to fix their AC would be in in 2 weeks and that after that they'd install it and it would fix everything. Well 2 weeks went by and by this time there was mold forming on the wall. I called and told them, and they came by and sprayed bleach all over the wall. That killed the mold, but the AC was still dripping down. I called again and left a message, and no one returned my call or came to see. I went up in person and talked to one of the REDICULOUS office workers (who, as a side note, doesn't even know how to send a freaking fax) and she said she'd IMMEDIATELY send someone to look at it and she seemed shocked that there was mold on the wall. No one showed up. My husband called this morning and left a message, and 2 hours later, no one called back or came to my apartment. I went up to talk to the same woman in the office, and she seemed like she didn't even know that there was a message left (which is a whole different issue). She, again, seemed shocked and said she'd send someone. The same maintenance guy came about 30 minutes later, and sprayed bleach on the wall. He said it wasn't wet, but I'm pretty sure it still is. Now my apartment smells of bleach and my wall is falling off. He said that he would tell his boss to tell the PAINTERS to come fix it. To my knowledge, painters paint. They don't do drywall, which is what needs to be done.
Besides this, the view from my apartment is amazing. And I love living here. I just hate mold and don't want to die from it. I have had no other problems and thank God every day that I'm not living in Crescent Commons anymore.
