I lived here for a year, and I hated every minute of it. The seals on the doors were broken and I called about them 9-15 times no one came to fix it. I also had an ever running toilet which contributed to my $280 a month electricity and water bill. They never want to fix anything and as a matter of fact I once caught the maintenance man whowas suppose to be fixing the dishwasher helping himself to my beverages in my refridgerator, and watching TV when I walked in. The Leasing office pesonnel have no class, and in fact they do not even live on the property. They are rude, incompetent and never available. They smile and make fake promises to get you to sign the lease and then once you sign the forget all about you and their noeses go in the air. Please beware, don't let their "FREE MONTHS RENT" suck you in.
