The management staff is incredibly rude, intolerant, unprofessional, and has no clue as to how people should be treated. Any time I needed to go to the business office to ask a question, or gain further clarification about a matter, I was received coldly, as if I had no right to even set foot inside the office. There were HUGE discrepancies and errors on my lease paperwork, and many things that should have been disclosed to me BEFORE I signed any type of lease agreement. "FREE MONTH RENT"...make sure you get ALL the details on that one. The town houses aren't too bad in size, but they are not energy efficient at all, the walls are paper thin, and many of the fixtures were falling apart. Ours was not cleaned very well before we moved in. If you like being treated like an idiot, being lied to, and having your apartment fall apart right before your very eyes, this ones for you! There are many places to live in Fayetteville, and you may be well advised to put this one low on your list.
