OK, when I first moved here last august I thought this would be a great place for a single white female to live. It's quiet, close to the mall, and safe. I never had a break in either my apt or my car. The apt itself is kinda dirty, not well taken care of, and very plain. After I moved in my A/C broke. It took them a few days to come and when they came, a wee later it would break again. This continued until winter, and then spring came around and the A/C had the SAME problem again. This made me VERY mad. They would come over, look at it, and would leave me. They didn't know why i kept breaking. I am telling you, they were not nice about it at all. They know who I am because I had to call about every other day. Finally, now...in july, at the end of my lease they figured out was was wrong with my AC and fixed it. How long does it take!'! It was very frustrating too when I always paid my rent ON TIME and then just one time...it was 2 hours late, and they still charged me a late fee. I dont think that is right AT ALL...esp if your AC is broken all year and they can get there stuff together to fix it, and then charge you a late fee when they should be paying ME money for having to live in an apt w/o AC, when AC is listed as INCLUDED in the apt.
Not to mention, the staff now are very nosey and get in you business for no good reason, and making you look like a fool in front of other residents.
Oh, and I cant forget, my friend who lives here also doesnt like it, both her window locks are broken(shes on the fist floor) and there has been a dead bird sitting above her door that smells really bad and it is unsanitary that has been there for a really long time. She has called them multiple times and they have not fixed either her locks or taken that bird out. Just dont live here...
