I have lived here for a year and a half, and have had nothing but problems. Granted it is nice for the price, but the management and overall break downs and repairs that have to be made suck. The pool always seemed to be closed on holidays, even the 4th of July. If you dont mind hearing your neighbors t.v. and want to deal with unfriendly staff, then this is your place. On a plus side, the layout of the town houses is very nice, but they seem old and in summer months have bug problems, along with back yard flooding.
