I have lived here for about 1.5 years and it is terrible. The only reason I would not move is because I could not afford it. The management is terrible and mold is always on my wall. I have complained about it and all they do is say leave your window open and they clean it with so much bleach you can't breathe in the apt. Don't move here! The neighborhood is GHETTO and the Management is TERRIBLE. They have a maintenance staff that just rides carts and smokes cigs all day while trash and dog poop is all over the ground. This is definitely HELL!

I have lived at cross creek cove for a year now i am very suprized about the comments being left on the message board i live in a twobedroom two bath,I have never had mold Problems with bugs, and its funny my apartment faces the woods and the wood have lots of bugs, but i guess they didnt want to enter my clean apartment. They did make a few changes with management in the office i find management definatley better than the old management, with apartments they are not like houses you have to report the problem befor it gets to big and you have to keep inside clean, you can leave you trash in your apartment for a week, and dishes in the sink for two weeks the space is not big enough to elevate the odor, even when i lived at an apartment complex in Cary NC, there were always pipes busting open and a/cs would go out non-stop.I have not had any of these problems since i have been here and maybe the people complaning were not raised to keep there surroundings clean so now they want to blame it on some body.I do think this is a great place to live it is quite and my neighbors do not bother me at all.
