Lack of Customer Service

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I am resident of Camelot Apartments and have been for over a year. The customer service of the management team and maintenance is awful. It was one the hottest days of this year (2007) and my air conditioning went out. I was told that it was not as important as water leak while I am sweltering in apartment. When they did come and fix it they just turn it on high and left and by the time I got home which was late, it had been left running for hours. Can you imagine my electric bill'!'!' Whoever owns Camelot Apartments needs to look at who they are hiring because they are turning a nice complex into something that no one wants to live in.
