I have lived here since Nov. 05 and I am trying to find a way out of my lease. Children run around unattended and leaving trash everywhere. We have had house and car break ins. The "courtesy officer" I have seen twice once he was actually walking around and the second he was hanging out by the pool. There is black mold in my toilets, on my walls and tubs. I bleach them all once a week. I can hear my upstairs neighbors conversations. They are not yelling just normal every day talking. My door knobs are terrible. One has completely fallen out. My kitchen lights glass fell out one night while I was in my living room watching tv. The master tub has had a hole in it since before I moved in, and is falling in because it is over worn on the base and cracking. I notified them about this the day I moved in and the maint. man came and said that the foam underneath the tub kept it sealed. One wall in the living room is brick. This is the same brick that is the outside wall. There is no insulation so the AC runs almost constantly at 78 degrees being that the temps have been in the 90's. The heat runs all the time in the winter as well because of this. I bought space heaters for the living room and master bedroom to stay warm and keep the costs down. There is beer bottles and various other trash in front of our apt. constantly. The apt. wreaked of cat pee when I moved in. Kids bikes and toys are left out on the sidewalks and in front of our apt. all the time. They ran out of keys to the pool and workout room so we can not use what we pay for. I have holes in my walls that were covered with what has the consistency of toothpaste. You hear everything above and around you. I have had holiday decorations stolen by kids. It has become a bad neighborhood. The people moving in the past few months have just made this place unbearable. It is not a nice quite place to live. Just say no to moving in here. You can do better and pay less!
