I lived here back in 2003, not a terrible place, but by no means wonderful. For the most part its average and reasonable, but remember this, there are a lot of young married soldiers from Fort Bragg living there, so on at least one or more occasions a month, expect that a get together will get drunken and loud, requiring about 3 trips from Fayetteville's finest. crime is less than the city average, but there will occasions still. It's called Fayette-nam for a reason folks.
