STAY AWAY from these apartments!!! They lied to me over and over. The rent is way more than you should pay for these apartments/town homes. Even though they have lowered the rent it's not worth it! The maintenance is horrible and they have no idea what they are doing.
The management is horrible. They enforce the "rules" to some people and not others. The management changed a few months ago and all it has been was problems. She claims that she is doing things "by the Book!"
The apartment was not in livable condition. The water bill was incredible high and it took them 2 weeks to come fix my toilet. The carpet was stained and did not fit the apartment. It's cheap!!!
The kitchen got flooded the first time we turned on the dish washer. They gave me a new one after 6 days 3 of which it sat in our living room. It does not fit correctly.
