I currently live in the coves and at first everything was great and the staff seemed really nice, but now that I am on my 3rd mth here i have totally had a change of heart. I recently got a rat terrier puppy and took it in to get pictures taken, at that time they told me the dog would exceed there allowed waight when she became full grown and they tried t make me get rid of her, needless to say I won that fight. I did however forget to pay them the 300 dollar pet fee no big deal to me but they decided to give me a notice saying that if I dont pay 360 dollars to them by May 1st I will be kicked out. Also I went out my appartment the other day and I asked my wife where the F*&# she was going and there just happend to be a worker cleaning the stairs. She then reported me to the office and they gave me a notice for a noice complaint,(there is no one else living on myh floor at the tima and it was 4 in the afternoon). They dont fix ---- and they do a really good job at pissing off the residents.

don't scream at your wife , and get your pet approved before paying for a pet.
