I've lived in cumberland towers for a year. Overall it is a quiet neighborhood. NO drama, nothing at all. The lay out of the apartments are very plain. The designers could have standed to use a little more imagination. If you are looking to get a luxury apartment this ain't it! But if you just need a nice place to lay your head...You'll find it at the towers.
