The people are so noisy and rude. I've been here since June of 2005 and I'm glad to say I have found another place that acually interviews the type of people that are welcome into the community. If you are looking for low rent with lower class with it this is the place for you!! This is not for me at all! The gardeners will use blowers on a Sat. morning at about 8 am. Loud cars up and down the street at all hours of the night. depending on your building the parking is bad. Never Ever again! Oh YEAH! In the paper it was stated that Cumberland towers had a peeper. Whether or not he's still around who knows, but the people in the complex office couldn't have cared less.
