Neglected and numerous, serious potholes in parking areas. Parking areas poorly lit and hardly any good parking. Most building maintenance covered by unqualified personnell. I watched the same guys that mow the lawn, overhaul a neighboring roof and the tenants there are still having problems with searious leaking. Parts of there ceilings are caving in. When you first move in you are charged a $100 security deposit which is refundable but then you are also charged a $200 re-decoration fee that allows you to paint, place pictures on the wall, and modify anything you see fit so long as you don't knock any walls down. but is NON-refundable. So basically you pay them to fix the place up yourself.. how nice of them. When you visit the dumpster to throw away your garbage, you'll notice that the dumpster is always overflowing especially on the weekends. This is because it has a compressor on it and the button to compress the garbage is controlled by some guy who hardly ever presses it until it's too late!!By this time there's about 100 bags of garbage (not exaggerated) and misc. furniture that's overflowing almost on to the street. I would only recommend this place if you have good shocks, patience, and money to burn on fixing up your apartment that you don't even own. one last thing.. forget about getting any sleep with all the dogs and stray cats running around this place.
