STINKS - I lived in Building 127, and when I moved in the apartment smelled like a chain-smoker had lived there, even though they put in new carpet. It smelled like that the whole time - especially when it rained.

MAINTENANCE - THE ROOF LEAKED in the livingroom and bedroom during a bad rainstorm, and when I called maintenance to fix it, it took them 2 hours to respond. Then when the guy came, he looked around and said he couldn't see anything wrong and to just put buckets under the water - the water that was POURING from the ceiling! There are still 2 & 3-foot-radius water stains in both rooms.

EXPENSIVE - This place costs way more than it's worth!! And getting out onto Ramsey street in rush-hour is almost impossible if you're turning left. The line of cars leaving in the morning can number over 15!

NOISY - People drive up at 2am with their car stereos blasting and stand in the parking lot and talk - yelling over the music. And I can hear the water running through the pipes in the walls whenever the neighbors use it - the wall that is behind my TV in the livingroom - and it is way louder than water running should be.

GROUNDS - There are ANTS everywhere! My daughter took the dog in the grass to pee and ants swarmed all over her feet, biting her. You can't go more than 2 feet in any direction without stepping on an ant hill. And, there is a BIG HOLE in the ground outside the building (in front)that is at least 2 feet deep and a foot wide and has never been filled. And, the stairways are always covered with lots of spider webs.

I feel your pain! I know exactly what you are talking about... But once my husband and I were doing laundry and their was a piece of concrete broken and he fell over it! I was exreamly ill... What if he had really hurt himself? We also heard the water running in our neighbors apartment... This place needs to be shut down!

YA THAT PLACE IS A ---- HOLE CLOSE IT DOWN B4 SOMEONE GETS REALLY HURT OR SICK FROM ALL THE MOLD THEY GOT
