The office staff is truly excellent! They are polite, cheerful, and always willing to help the tennants.

The maintenance staff are very nice, however they do take a while to fill maintenance calls. My master bathtub would constantly fill with muddy water anytime the tennant upstairs used his bathtub. It turns out (after 5 months of maintenance calls) there was a tree root in the pipes. They dumped roto-rooter down the drain and it cleared up the problem (for now). The previous tennants have had the same problem. Roto-rooter may kill the tree roots, but the holes in the pipes the roots made are still there.

The railings on going to the upstairs apartments were missing poles...the perfect size for a young child to fall through (note the sarcasm).

Trash and litter was a problem. I'm sure you've already read other people's comments on the trash bins, so I won't go into that. However, some of the tennants are very bad at picking up after themselves. I have seen candy wrappers, beer bottles, cigarette butts, animal feces, etc. outside of my apartment.

The children's playground needs to be replaced as well. It is very old and there is animal feces near it.
