Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
My time living a cumberland trace was absolutely horrible.the first apartment they gave us was on the bottom.we thought it would be nice since i was pregnant.NO WAY!! everytime it rained our guest bedroom would flood. we kept complaining about it but the staff did nothing and got an attitude with us.how dare we be concerned about our property and our future child's room,right' at 7 months pregnant i fell down those wonderful cement steps when it had been raining.after returning home from the hospital no one came to see how i was doing or anything.the only good thing about the apartment was the livingroom but the carpet was frayed and stained.overall horrible place to live...LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!
