Well this is funny you are probably one of the people who either, one did not pay on time or was evicted. I have lived here for 10 years and love it. I work for the military and have had no issues. Yes it has had its changes in staff quite a bit in the past several years, actually for the better now. They have done alot of improvements on the property in case you have not noticed. It is a pet friendly apartment community so there you have it... your gonna get poo on your shoe! The condom was maybe yours' The gang signs are coming from the community in front of us and we cannot do anything about them passing through our community except clean that area up or call the cops. The break ins well guess what you live in Fayetteville and it is happening everwhere! DUH! As for the Ramsey Street Rapist, how is that Cumberland Traces fault' That is further north on Ramsey street if you know how to read the paper or listen to the news. This place is great and the girls are great in the office. The maintenance has issues but they seem to be working it out. If I was asked do I recommend this place. I WOULD it is GREAT here and quiet too. I love the area and is not like you wrote.

This was obviously written by someone working here. No one loves these apartments, trust me. No one would give it a 5.0. And no one who's been in the Army for 10 years would be on such a low pay grade to have to stay in this hole for so long. Especially not with kids. Come on! Nice touch with the "Armydaddy" name, Cumberland Trace...and the other one with a similar farce posted on the SAME DAY. You aren't fooling anyone.

No kidding... I've lived in apartments all over fayetteville, hope mills, sanford and southern pines for the last 6 years and I have to say that cumberland trace was the worst of them. Anyone who "loves" it there is either an employee, blind, ghetto trash, or possibly some combination of the three...

Well to say that the person who wrote this was evicted is too funny..and yes it is obvious the favorable response was written by an employee of this place. This place is nasty..stains in the breezeways..trash left outside apartment doors for days..loud neighbors..violence..no amenities..no security..no peace of mind..if anyone reads this..please look elsewhere..u won't be sorry...it does not surprise me that so many of the apartments are vacant...people are leaving for good reasons..not because they are being evicted..trust me the management here is desperate to fill their apartments..not evict residents. This place is seriously a bad place to live.
