I have lived in a 3 bedroom apartment in this complex for more than a year. After recent changes in staff and the moving in of lower socio-economic classes of people, I am dying to get out! I am looking for a new place far away from here because I do not want to get raped, mugged or killed while walking my dog. I feel this apartment complexes staff is unconcerned with the safety and quality of life of their residents. I make a very decent wage for this area and any area of the country, also I pay my bills on time and I agree that you do get what you pay for. I think condom wrappers are unacceptable and disgusting. (Just for the record,I abstain from sex unless I am in my apartment) I have seen gang members in MY complex and not elsewhere. Its really great to hear my neighbors scream at all times of the night. I bought my first gun after I moved into this complex and I have lived in Fayetteville for several years and YES there is a nicer area of the city and I will be moving there soon. Please do not move here or you will surely regret it. My experience is more like You get what you pay for's rather than Love it here's.

If you make so much money then go elsewhere I am sure that your neighbors would not mind.

I agree with you...this place isnt what we expected...I cant wait to move!!! The staff is nice when you get your paperwork done, but once your in, it seems like your a thorn on their side!!!

I strongly agree with your concerns. After moving in the place has went down hill from day one. The management changed, in fact the management has been involved in a domestic violence calls in the middle of the night. Was kept up all hours by the police having to return to the property managers apartment because her husband kicked in the door..Also she was so intoxicated they almost hauled her away..Not hear say..I personally saw it. Also there are parties in the parking lots almost every weekend and I rarely get a good nights sleep. I too think that the lease agreement I signed was very misleading..as far as amenities..which none exist. The club House..which was promised to me as a new renter to be available for get togethers is bare of furniture and has been for months. Also the fitness center..which was tiny..seems to be out of commission as well. Ceiling tiles all over the floor make it impossible to use any of the equipment. I also feel unsafe at night any where outside my apartment. Have had fights outside my apartment windows with more then 25 people involved. Also the dog limitations which they pointed out to me upon signing my lease, to where no aggressive dogs or larger dogs were permitted is totally BS..there are pit bulls here as well as rottweillers (sp) but I do understand the need for a guard dog. To end this all up..the new management is not a change for the better...and I want out too. The ones who like it here..well stay and enjoy..I am sure if you lived in my building you would feel the same as I do..and if you do not..I am happy your area is nice..oh and the playgrounds..falling apart..sorry so long..oh and if anyone knows how to contact the corporate office please leave info here, I want out.
