Have been here for 1 year. Positives- rent is cheap, nice wooded community. Negatives-staff is not the friendliest bunch, repairs take awhile, neighbors can be noisy even for apartment living, parking is not assigned and it can be tough finding a place close to your place. Ok for military and singles on a budget. If you can afford a higher class of living go elsewhere.
