My family and moved to cumberland trace in sept 06 at that time the staff was absolutely wonderful very professional in all essense. Later after changing management it was still awesome and then in Dec. 2008 all hell broke loose, the new staff they have are the most unorganized, unproffesional people i've ever dealt with,I knew more about the property than the manager and if you think there is confidentially amongst tenant policies trust me i know firts hand they will tell your business and talk bad behind your back. One particular person in my thoughts is the new assistant manager, very nast attitude, don't know why they hired her, oh my bad the manager is worst. If you plan on moving here trust and believe they are very deceiving people, just file bankruptcy why don't you, i'll surely let any and everybody know this place sucks trust me stay away from garbage.

i think the apartment staff reads their reviews and posts thing like "you must have been evicted" in an effort to turn bad attention off of themselves. we have not been evicted and have a perfect payment history...THESE APARTMENTS STILL SUCK!!! I don't know about management prior to spring 09, but i can say that the current management SUCKS! and yes they will absolutely tell your business. they told my husband that our special forces neighbor has a girlfriend with 3-4 dark skinned kids and they believe they are his girl's kids. not that it is ANYONEs business, especially the management, but they are his kids. they also told us that one of our neighbors is mean to his family, he's from another country, and he may get evicted. see what i mean?? WHY do they think they have the right to tell people's business especially when they have no clue what's really going on. talk about pathetic. those females must have nothing going on in their own lives, so they have to stick their nose in residents business.
