I moved to Cumberland Trace about 2 years ago,The management was crazy! BUT since December 2008 I have seen a BIG change, the new manager is very helpful, the new asst mgr Pam is great, she is cares about the tentants. I have apartment complex its self is very nice it could be updated more but for the money I don't have a problem. The matiance staff are always there went needed. I love this place I did move but it was because I am in the military and I was stationed somewhere else.So too all that have something BAD to say maybe it is because you did not pay your rent on time and you were evicted, or you just did not pay your rent on timead you got the letters that the office would put on your doors and all the rest of us would see it.
Grat place to live!!!

Military would love to blacklist list this place and should, sounds like something the management would write. Lived there for two years and it was ok for what I could afford, being lower ranked and loving to hear my neighbors party, fight, threaten everyone and act like hoodlums. No lighting in breezeways, well lets say out most of time, so was always waiting to be robbed from under the stairs. My recommendation is no. Especially if you have a family and your wife or girlfriend and or children are home alone. Oh yeah own a weapon or gun, shots were heard all the time from the community up front "College Arms". Yeah nice place with a hint of sarcasm.

It was a manager from another property that wrote that review I know it for a fact. The good way to find out how bad this place is , is to call the police department and ask about the CRIME rate here. There was a break in a month or so ago and the person was shot!!!!!
